Returns & refunds for Australia

Change of mind: we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure, contact us before you order and we'll help you choose.

Faulty or not as described: if your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order number and photos. Once we've checked it, we'll send a replacement or a refund. We may ask you to send the item back (at our cost).

Your rights: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy doesn't affect those rights.

Shipping to Australia

Orders are delivered in 7–15 business days, with tracking. Shipping is A$12.95, free on orders over A$190.
